Greetings Members,
ArcPro Pipe Welding School is pleased to host the final AWS meeting of the season and would like to welcome all members, students and family interested in learning more about the pipe welding industry. Our AWS meeting registration will begin at 10:30 a.m., but you may want to arrive early and witness the Boy Scout Welding Merit Badge Training that will begin at 9:00. Our Section meeting will be from 11-12 in which we will recognize our industry sponsors, past Mobile Section Chairman and give away our “big” student door prizes for the year. Additionally, we will announce incoming 2018-19 Officers for the AWS Mobile Section and the floor will be open for all members in attendance at the meeting to cast their vote. If you are an active AWS member and want to become part of our AWS Mobile Section Executive Committee this will be your opportunity to join us.
Join us after the meeting for ArcPro’s 10th Anniversary Open House and second annual “Golden Arm” Welding Competition that is free and open to all skilled professionals. Come see their new facility; and meet the instructors for in-depth welding demos, food, music, door prizes, and welding fun!
Since 2008, ArcPro has been blessed to train some of the finest new pipe welders in the world. Their dream to teach high-demand job skills to men and women from across the United States began with three partners starting a small business with a single student.
