Buffet Selections: Seared Tilapia with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Grilled Marinated Flank Steak with Bordelais, Vegetable Medley, Roasted Potatoes with Herbs, House Salad and Fresh Fruit Salad, Served with Warm Rolls and Butter, Chef’s Choice of Dessert
