March 2018 Meeting Announcement

Greetings AWS York-Central Pennsylvania Section Members & Friends,

Below are the details for our upcoming meeting.

The York – Central Pennsylvania Section Is Pleased to Welcome:
Mr. Dale A. Flood
American Welding Society President and
Welding Project Manager, Tri-Tool Inc.

Topic: Mechanizing the Welding Industry

Dale started as a Pipe fitter / Welder, and worked as a Weld Superintendent at several nuclear facilities supervising manual and mechanized welding operations. Currently Dale is working as a Project Manager. Dale has numerous patents for welding automation.

As president of the American Welding Society he serves on the Board of Directors, is a member of the D10 Committee on Piping and Tubing, the D10U Sub-Committee on Orbital Pipe Welding, is on the Sacramento Section Executive Committee, and numerous other professional development committees. Dale previously served as the AWS District 22 Director Covering Northern California and Nevada. He is a Director-at-Large nationally and is also an AWS Certified Welding Inspector.

MEAL COST:
$24.00   NOTE: The $24.00 cost is for the meal. There is never a charge to attend the technical portion of the meeting to hear the speaker.
