F. Hajihassani (Azita) is an award-winning quality assurance/quality control manager, engineer, instructor, leader and executive advisor with more than 15 years of experience in engineering, analysis and quality services in large-scale construction, shipyards, refineries, Automotive Industries and semiconductor industry.

Her work has included defining, developing, and implementing technical specifications, workshops, and seminars in several countries. Her high quality, high content, high energy methods are well recognized and delivered in a simple style.

During her career she has trained hundreds of welders and technicians and she served as an adviser and instructor for their certification program. She is a creative achiever in all phases of quality and inspection from feasibility to building the project, as well as defects recognition in proces.

Azita is a member of the boards of several different engineering societies and organization. She is also part of AWS Committee on Certifications.
