Overview

The Nashville Section February meeting will be a student night hosted by the TCAT Pulaski location, with the discussion focus being “Careers in Welding”.

Welding and welding related careers can be very rewarding, and a great way to earn a good living. I would like to ask anyone willing to share your positive welding career experience with a group of impressionable students, please step up. Welding career opportunities include and are not limited to Welding, Welding Instructor, Welding Engineer, Welding sales and supply chain, Boilermaker, Pipefitter, Sheetmetal worker. The list is a long one. The AWS estimates there will be 314,000 welding professionals needed by 2024.

Please help us give these young men and women the tools they need to succeed, and fill positions critical to the success of the American manufacturing and services sectors.
