November 18, 2021 – Tennessee College for Applied Technology at the Cookeville Higher Education Campus; Cookeville, TN

Thanks to Brandon Dubroc for joining us as guest speaker for the AWS Nashville Section, Tennessee College for Applied Technology Student Night. Brandon is a 2021 AWS Leadership Symposium Participant, 2020 AWS Central Louisiana Section CWI of the Year award recipient. Brandon spent the evening explaining to those in attendance and those joining us remotely what it means to be a CWI. Not only is Brandon his companies CWI but he also the welding supervisor, which ensures he is aware of the requirements of the projects he oversees and inspects. Brandon used this information to explain to the group that a welding inspector must be aware of job and code requirements before beginning inspections, especially when it comes to welding documentation reviews. Thanks to Volunteer Welding Supply of Baxter, Tennessee, and the AWS Foundation for supplying door prizes.
