Recap: Hirebotics Robotic Welding Demonstration / AWS Nashville Section August 2021 Monthly Meeting

Thanks to Matt Bush and the folks at Hirebotics, attendees were very well-fed and given a thorough education around the Hirebotics cloud connected robots.
Matt Bush presented an overview of the Hirebotics products. Hirebotics was founded by Rob Goldiez and Matt Bush in 2015, as one of the first companies to offer robots as a service, with the primary focus of making custom, turn-key, automated, and easier to use robotic systems available to manufacturers.
After a review of the product specifics, Matt spent a couple of hours demonstrating how easy the system was to use, from welding variable entry though weld set point development, into the operation. The end result is a robotic welder that doesn’t require a programmer. Using a cellular phone and the Hirebotics support network a user can develop and save welding procedures easily.
