Event Summary: On April 25th, Linn-Benton Community College hosted a high school welding competition with approximately 22 schools and 205 students from throughout the state in attendance. The students competed on multiple skill levels using multiple welding processes. Pictured on stage are this year’s winners for each competition category. The AWS Foundation awarded a $1000 scholarship to the winner of the multi-process TIG/MIG category.
