In Oregon to include Clatsop, Tillamook, Yamhill, Washington, Columbia, Multnomah, Clackamas, Hood River, Wasco, Sherman and Gilliam Counties.

In Washington to include Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania and Klickitat Counties.
