Event Summary: Cold Northeast Iowa weather and lots of colds and flu effected the attendance to this impressive presentation and plant tour. Cory Stafford, the Director of Operations, gave a very detailed presentation on how XL Specialized Trailers recruits, motivates, trains, compensates, and keeps a skilled workforce. People are always the key to quality and profitability and has allowed XL Specialized Trailers to become a leader in the Heavy Haul Industry. During the plant tour, the principles of teamwork and pride in customer satisfaction was seen in the people and the custom trailers.
