What Makes an MTR Different From a COC? and Why Does it Matter?
The presentation will focus on different applications that must use an MTR to determine fitness for service for a particular filler metal. This will lead to the necessity of understanding the client specification in order to make that determination. It will also show that a just because a filler metal has a COC, not an MTR, that it does not make it an inferior filler metal.
