Event Summary: The group met at Dave Steel in Asheville and at a delicious BBQ dinner provided by Dave Steel. Christian Crosby, Vice President of Construction delivered a presentation on the past, present and future of Dave Steel. The group took a tour of the manufacturing floor and saw one of the Dave Steel shifts in action. After the tour, AWS Western Carolina Section raffled off some Miller welding gloves and a Miller Digital Elite welding hood that was donated to the section from Miller Welding. Very good night with great people in attendance. Big thanks to Dave Steel and to Miller Welding for helping with this event.
