After 13 years of experience selling heavy equipment into the construction and industrial market, Justin joined the 3M Corporation as the Tra c Safety Division representative for Washington. In 2010, Justin transferred to the 3M Personal Safety Division and assumed responsibilities for sales of the entire portfolio of worker protection products, throughout Washington State.
