Event Summary: The Pittsburgh section held its first meeting of the 2024-2025 year. The agenda items included Don Stoll Section Chair presenting a summary of the past years meetings, take aways from the district conference in Columbus Ohio and the agenda for this monthly topics of this years meetings. Roger Hilty District Director spoke about the availability of scholarship monies readily available for further education opportunities and informed the group that any student can now join AWS as a student member at no charge. Tom White Treasurer presented the Treasurers report. Huck Hughes 1st Vice Chair initiated a discussion for ideas to enhance the job fair events and possible scenarios are being studied.
