Event Summary: The Oklahoma City Section conducted a technical meeting at Metro Technology Centers, about gas apparatus presented by David Nelson from ESAB. Members learned about safety devices in the regulators and how to select regulators based on flow and application. After the meeting. A cutting contest was conducted involving cutting I beam the fastest. ESAB donated a welding helmet as a prize, Gas and Supply donated door prizes for the meeting, and Quick Steel Service donated the I beam to be cut.
