Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

It is time once again for our Tim Hatten Memorial Sporting Clays Scholarship Fundraiser. Mark your calendars for June 18, 2022 and come compete in the event. We’ll be at the Alpine Shooting Range in Kennedale Texas, registration begins at 8:15 am.

This event is to help support a welder/engineer who is ready to advance to the level of being a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)/ Engineer (CWENG).The AWS North Texas Section currently hosting four (3) CWI Exams in 2022, that’s three times this year for the North Texas Section to sponsor a qualified individual to take the exam. Ticket pricing is as follows:•Basic ticket –$100.00 –Includes your shooting fee (for one individual)for a 50 clay round, lunch, a drink tumbler and a t-shirt.•Gold Ticket –$150.00 –Includes your shooting fee(for one individual)for a 50 clay round, lunch, a drink tumbler, a t-shirt, and a RAFFLE TICKET for a CZDrake O/U 12 gauge shotgun.

We have shooting station sponsorship packages available again this year for your company or organization to sponsor a shooting station and acquire tickets to bring along a client or guest.

Corporate station sponsorships available are: We need door prize donations; door prize donors will receive recognition on our poster at the event.

  1. $400.00 –Sponsorship –Includes website advertising for one year, a 24″x 18″ poster at a shooter station and 1/2″ letters on the back of the t-shirts.

  2. $600.00 –Bronze Sponsor –Includes website advertising for one year, a 24″ x 24″ poster at a shooter station, 3/4″ letters on the back of the t-shirts and two (2) $100.00 shooter tickets.

  3. $900.00 –Silver Sponsor –Includes website advertising for one year, a 24″ x 30″ poster at a shooting station, 1″ letters on the back of the t-shirts and three (3) $100.00 shooter tickets.

  4. $1200.00 –Gold Sponsor –Includes website advertising for one year, a 24″ x 36″ poster at a shooting station, 1.5″ letters on the back of the t-shirts and four (4) $100.00 shooter tickets.

Lunch will be provided for each ticket holder and door prizes will be given away at the end of the event. Additional meal tickets can be purchased for non-shooting guests, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Raffle Tickets for the Shotgun giveaway and fundraiser are also available for $50 per ticket. We have two levels of shooting competition with trophies awarded to the top three shooters in both categories Individual Competition Two Person Team Competition I have attached a shooting flyer to post and share with your clients, colleagues, friends and family so come out and join us for a fun day at the range and support a good cause.
