Hello Ladies and Gentlemen:

Your American Welding Society (AWS) North Texas Section Annual Silent Auction is open now online at www.32auctions.com/AWSNT22 We are asking for donations for the auction and all proceeds from the auction are used to support our annual student scholarship program.

In April of 2023, the AWS North Texas Section will be committed to providing two (2) $500.00 scholarships with the desire to do much more based on the funds raised. These scholarships are available to all welding students within the North Texas Section to help pay for their education and supplies. We will gladly accept donations up to the day the auction closes at 11:45pm on November 29^th.

We will be hosting the item pickup night on December the 5^th 2022 – 6:00-7:00 PM – at Dickey’s BBQ Pit 5530 S Cooper St. Arlington Texas 76017.

We would also like to encourage you to tell your friends and family members about the scholarships. We will have a scholarship presentation at our group meeting on January 17^th, 2023 to discuss the scholarships available and how to apply for them.
