Efram has been with AWS for over 11 years, first working in the Standards Development department as a secretary to many of the volunteer technical committees tasked with the development and revision of AWS‘ Welding Specifications, Codes, Recommended Practices and is now responsible for the promotion and sales for all of the Certification and Educational resources that AWS has to offer throughout the US. Efram works hard to promote welding education and the value that an AWS certification and training can bring to companies and their employees, as well as to schools and their students throughout the country.
