ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (B&PVC) inspector Duane Morrison will be our guest on September 25, at TCAT Portland (Nashville Satellite), 602 S Broadway, Portland, TN. Duane will be presenting and educating us on ASME (B&PVC) welding documentation.
Although welders are expected to follow the requirements found on Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and other welding documentation, code welding documentation is a subject that not enough of us in the welding industry understand. Come learn a little bit about it.
Duane is employed by Bureau Veritas, and performs inspections at the Lochinvar LLC facility in Lebanon, TN. Lochinvar builds thousands of ASME Code pressure vessels each year, so Duane understands the documentation involved.
Support the Nashville Section, come join us in-person for a great night of welding education and fellowship. If you absolutely can’t attend in-person, we will attempt to have a hybrid option.
