During my time as Nashville Section Chair, we have had some great events, but we have not grown the next generation of Section leaders. It is time for new blood and a new generation of Section Members to take the reins.
One example is the Treasurer position. Bob O’Neal has been Treasurer of the Nashville Section for many years. Well, Bob is ready to retire, and someone needs to step up to fill his rather large shoes.
To keep the Nashville Section active and prosperous, the Treasurer position and the other areas below are where volunteers are needed. Take a look at the list below and let me know where you would like to help.
The list below and the attached Suggested Duties and Responsibilities for Section Officers lists the various Section Officers and Committee Chairman / Chairwoman positions that need to be filled. The first five listed are the Officers, followed by Committee Chairmen (listed alphabetically by Committee).
