Speaker: Terri Infield

Terri is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Welding Engineering Program, spent 16 years as a Field Welding Engineer at the Savannah River Plant, and has been 15 years as a Design Welding Engineer at Y-12 in Oak Ridge.

The meeting will kick off, with a meeting of the Nashville Section Board at 5:45 PM CST. At 6:00 PM CST Darrill A. Gaschler from AWS Headquarters will give us an update on activities of interest at the AWS. Terri Infield will then lead a discussion around Examination of B31 Piping Systems. And if time allows, Terri will discuss the difference between Examiners and Inspectors as defined by the AWS and ASME. Questions are welcome.

Terri’s presentation is intended to end around 7:00 PM. At that time, there will be a General Discussion session for anyone interested in discussing welding related interests or issues. Everyone is welcome to stay online for the discussion, but if you must log off, we sure understand.
