Section Meeting Notice

Greetings AWS Louisville Section Members and Friends,

The Louisville AWS Chapter will be hosting a meeting Sunday, November 25th at Churchill Downs. You are invited to join us on millionaire’s row for a day of racing at the world’s most historic track. The price per person is $50.00 and includes each guests admission, reserved seats on Millionaires Row one of the best views in racing with a four tier balcony overlooking the legendary finish line, racing program, chefs table, and more.

Friends and spouses are welcome to attend. The dress is business casual.

Gates open at 11:30 AM, 1st race is 12:45 PM

PRICE:
$50.00 per person.
VIP Tables are available which includes seating for 8, a table sponsorship, and 1 lucky person to join the horses & jockeys in the paddock area then in winner’s circle for the 6th race which is sponsored by the AWS Louisville Section. Price for the table is $600.
