February 2020 Section Meeting

Greetings AWS Kansas City Section Members,
The Kansas City Section of the American Welding Society is excited to announce details about our upcoming section meeting. Bridge engineers from MODOT (Missouri Department of Transportation) will have a presentation on bridge welding and inspection. They will discuss the bridge welding and inspection process. They will also discuss several large bridge projects going on at this time in the Kansas City Missouri area.

5:30 pm Social hour to 6:00 pm, meeting start ending around 8:00 pm

There is a gated entrance. If the gate is closed there is an intercom button to push to let them know you are there for the AWS meeting.
RSVP
Please RSVP to [email protected]. You do not have to participate with the meal to attend the meeting but it is necessary to RSVP by Monday, February 6th if you are planning on the meal so we can place an accurate order with the caterer. Please indicate whether you are a member, non-member, or a student when you RSVP. Meals are $20 for members and non-members, and $10 for students.
