The Iowa section hosted a tour through Vermeer’s new facility that was built following the destruction by an F3 tornado. The event was lead by President Bob Roth giving a speech on the history of the AWS and his personal journey with the industry, followed by an insightful Q&A.
Matt Hansen, the recipient of the Howard E. Adkins Memorial instructor membership award for Sioxland and the Howard E. Adkins Memorial Instructor Membership Award for district 16, made during the 2021 District meeting in Omaha, was acknowledged by district director Karl Fogleman and President Bob Roth.
