AWS Holston Valley – October Meeting

Thursday, October 13 – 6:00 PM EDT

Mountain Empire Community College – Big Stone Gap, VA

We will meet regarding AWS Section Business at 6:00 pm in conjunction with a meal provided by MECC. This location will be Dalton Cantrell Hall on MECC’s Campus at 3441 Mountain Empire Road, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219.

After meeting we will travel to CWIA (The Center for Workforce and Innovation in Appalachia), the old Appalachia Elementary, at 3965 Kent Junction Road Appalachia, Virginia 24216 for a tour of the facility.

If you are an AWS Holston Valley Section Member, this would be a great meeting to get out and meet some other people interested in this great trade and to provide input for future section activities. Guests are welcome but please include them in the reservation details.

Students age 16 or older are welcome if accompanied by their instructor however numbers may be limited.

Note: This is not our typical “2nd Tuesday” meeting.
