Dear Greater Oregon Section Members,
As we approach the end of the current term, the Greater Oregon Section will be holding elections in May for the Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 year. Based on the responses received, the following slate of nominees has been put forward for consideration:

1st Vice Chair – Kevin Dye
2nd Vice Chair – Dave Johnson
Treasurer – Royce Schuening
Secretary – David Williams
1st Member at Large – Cory Rohde
Members wishing to run for a position on the board may submit a petition with signatures from 10 current members in the Greater Oregon Section. This petition shall be presented to the board no later than April 30th.
The petition may be presented at any Greater Oregon meeting or submitted via email to GreaterOregon@AWSsections.org.
We encourage all members to participate in the leadership and continued growth of the Greater Oregon Section and appreciate your involvement in the American Welding Society community.
