Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) and American Welding Society (AWS) Eastern Iowa Section 162 are proud to present the third annual Welding Competition. Local high school and college students are invited to compete for a chance to win welding gear and AWS scholarships!
Students can choose to enter in one of the
following welding processes:
⊲ Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
⊲ Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
⊲ Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)
The center will be open for visitors to tour other EICC career programs and meet with representatives from local businesses.
Register online starting March 18.
