High School Welding Advisory Council Meeting

April 4th – 12:00 PM

Join us on 4/4 for Our High School Welding Advisory Council Meeting. Welding education at the high school level is the entry point for what the region, country, and the world need: trainable and employable welders. The RPP is the “gathering place” for skilled trades instructors throughout Eastern Iowa from Welding to Automotive, Family Consumer Sciences to Business, to Construction and Engineering…if it is career driven education and taught in our high schools, the RPP is the organization attempting to make things better for your workforce at the high school level.

Special Breakout Session to provide updates regarding:
High School Welding Apprenticeships
Community College Connections
High School Weld Training
Wants and Needs Conversations
Challenges Facing Welding Education

We look forward to seeing you!
