Event Summary: The Dayton Section presented a Student Night hosted by Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. The students enjoyed a dinner from Chick-fil-A and were told of the many scholarships offered by AWS, they then split into two tour groups and toured the Hobart Filler Metal Plant and the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. Russ Shirts was presented the Dayton Section and District 7 Educator of the Year Awards.
