Want to learn how to weld? Looking for a place to improve your welding skills? Interested in how technology is changing welding education? Come to this month’s AWS Cleveland Section meeting for a tour of Lincoln Electric’s new $30,000,000 Welding Technology and Training Center in Euclid, OH. The new Center is located at 22800 St. Clair Ave.
Jason Scales, Manager of Education for Lincoln Electric, will talk about the new school and what Lincoln is doing to promote welding education. He will also answer questions anyone has about the new training center. Jason has worked at Lincoln Electric for 7 years and he has a PhD in education from The University of Missouri. Prior to working at Lincoln, he taught Agricultural Education at the high school and collegiate level.
