Event Summary: Alisyn Palla is a talented metal artist and owner of Meraki Metal Works, based in Bakersfield,
California. A former full-time litigation attorney, Alisyn discovered her passion for welding
In 2012 and fell in love with its creative potential in 2013. Her journey began with her first art
piece, the “Mended Hearts” series, which reflects her belief in the healing power of art.Over
the past 18 months, Alisyn has gained recognition for her dynamic creations, including public
art installations, private commissions, gallery exhibitions, and workshops. Her work blends
technical skill with artistic vision, and she is dedicated to inspire others—especially women
and youth—to explore trades as platforms for creativity.Through her art, Alisyn shares a
message of courage, growth, and authenticity, proving that taking a leap of faith can lead to
incredible opportunities. Join us to hear her story and insights and be inspired by her passion
