Call for Nominations 2018-2019 Officer and Board Positions,
AWS Alaska Section 125
AWS Alaska Section 125 is now excepting nominations for the Officer and Board Positions for the 2018-2019 Meeting year. Any Alaska member who is current with their dues is eligible for positions and to nominate. Current officers are also eligible. Please send your nominations to [email protected] no later than 11:59 pm 14 May 2018. Message shall include: Position(s), Nominee’s name and Nominator’s name. Current membership will be verified through AWS records.
POSITIONS: Chairman; 1st Vice Chair; 2nd Vice Chair; Secretary; Treasurer; 3 each Members-at-Large positions.
A notice of all eligible candidates will be e-mailed for all Alaska members who will vote in the same manor, e-mail, prior to 30 May 2018. The Anchorage-Mat-Su area does not have exclusive rights to being the base for AWS in Alaska. Any locality in Alaska can get the votes for officers. Then the Alaska Section meetings, the Treasury, bank accounts, ect., can be moved there.
