James is also an ASNT Level III, AWS CWI and ICC Master of Special Inspection with over 25 years’ experience in welding inspection, nondestructive evaluation and quality oversight for structural steel and bridges. Active on numerous AWS and ASNT committees. James is a Section Officer for the Triangle Section-151 in District 4 in Raleigh, NC.
