Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/p>

I hope you are planning to attend the 2022 AWS District 18 Conference in\u00a0San Antonio, Texas<\/strong>\u00a0this year on\u00a0April 30th<\/sup>, 2022<\/strong>. The San Antonio section would like to invite you to a social gathering on\u00a0Friday April 29th<\/sup>, 2022<\/strong>, at 6:30PM (Venue TBD). The dinner and drinks for the social will be at the cost of everyone. The attire is business casual dress.<\/p>

Saturday morning, we will start on District Conference at 8:00am sharp at The Courtyard San Antonio Riverwalk. Conference room (AWS). This will be an \u201copen meeting\u201d for all AWS members and AWS student members wishing to attend. Comments may be made during the meeting; however, voting will be limited to the section board members and officers. We will have a \u201cHybrid Style\u201d meeting so we can offer the virtual part of the conference to those section leaders that did not make the trip.<\/p>

After the conference, the San Antonio Section would like to host a luncheon for those attendees and their significant others, most likely in the same area as the morning conference.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
