Title: Pennsylvania Chemicals Project (Ethylene Cracker Facility)
Speaker: Bill Olsen-Bechtel Corporate Level III<\/h4>

Bill Olsen is a corporate Level III Non-destructive Examiner (NDE) for Bechtel Corporation. Bill has 15 years with the company and is assigned to assist in the various phases of welding and NDE for the project. This project will employ approximately 7,000 people at peak of construction.<\/p>
