Student Night Member Meeting

 

Philadelphia Section Members:

AWS Philadelphia Section Member meeting “Student Night” is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2022 @ 5:00PM at Keen Compressed Gas Co. for facility tour, followed by Members Meeting @ 6:00PM.

Meeting will be in person; not only a time for our section to gather, see Keens Compressed Gas Co. state of the art facility, it will also be a time to support the students from our section and be worth (1) PDH Credit!

    • Discussion of Weld discontinuities presented by Steve Catherman CWI (AWS Philadelphia section Chair) who has been in the welding Industry for 40+ years

    • Section News and updates

    • Door prizes at the end of the meeting to include:

      • (4) Jackson Alto Darkening Hoods (students only)

      • (1) $100, and (2) $50.00 Gift certificates will be raffled (All)

In Pennsylvania to include Philadelphia and Delaware Counties.  In Chester County south of Honey Brook, and the south half of Bucks Mercer, Burlington, Ocean, Atlantic, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland and Cape May Counties.

In Delaware to include New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties.

In Maryland to include Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester Counties.
