Come join us in Tonawanda, NY! Applied Inspection Services is hosting our Section’s Event on January 28th at 5:30 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Join us and Ron Kinz at Applied Inspection Service for a demonstration on Nondestructive Testing as we go through several different weld inspection methods at levels for both novices and CWIs. If you are a CWI, Personal Development Hours are available to attend this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What to expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Networking<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dinner<\/p>\n\n\n\n Welding Inspection Introduction<\/p>\n\n\n\n Weld Radiography Testing<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cost:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n $25 for CWI Personal Development Hours (2 PDH’s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n $10 for general admission<\/p>\n\n\n\n $10 for students (will receive a gift bag)<\/p>\n\n\n\n All money to be collected at the door. Cash and Credit accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be have stations on<\/p>\n\n\n\n (VT) Visual Inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n (ECT) Eddy Current<\/p>\n\n\n\n (UT) Two Ultrasonic stations, one station being Phased array<\/p>\n\n\n\n (RT) Two Radiographic stations, one featuring gamma rays<\/p>\n\n\n\n (PT) Liquid Penetrant<\/p>\n\n\n\n (MT) Magnetic Particle<\/p>\n\n\n\n Leak Testing<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tensile and bend station<\/p>\n\n\n\n Two welding stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
