Scholarships range from $3,000 &#8211; $5,000+.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aws.org\/foundation\/page\/district-scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">District Scholarships<\/a><br \/><\/strong>A minimum of $15,000 is available in each of AWS&#8217;s 22 Districts for students pursuing a degree or certificate in a welding or welding-related program. Scholarships typically range from $1,000 to $2,500+.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>District 6 Named Scholarships<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Mike &amp; Joan Krupnicki \/ Miller Electric Scholarship<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This scholarship is for a student residing within AWS District 6 attending or enrolled in the welding program at Arc+ Flame \/ Monroe Community College (Monroe Corporate College) in Rochester, NY. Two $2,500 Scholarships will be awarded annually. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is May 1.<\/p><p><strong>Bill Myers District 6 Scholarship<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This scholarship is sponsored by the former AWS Allegheny Section to honor AWS Past President, Bill Myers.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aws.org\/foundation\/page\/welder-training-scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Welder Training Scholarship<\/strong><\/a><br \/>For students seeking welder training in a certificate program less than two years in length through a trade school, community college, or other facility providing welder training.
