Scholarships range from $3,000 &#8211; $5,000+.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aws.org\/foundation\/page\/district-scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">District Scholarships<\/a><br \/><\/strong>A minimum of $15,000 is available in each of AWS&#8217;s 22 Districts for students pursuing a degree or certificate in a welding or welding-related program. Scholarships typically range from $1,000 to $2,500+.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aws.org\/foundation\/page\/section-named-and-district-named-scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Section and District Named Scholarships<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>North Florida Section Scholarship<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>District 5 Central Maintenance &amp; Welding Scholarship<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Malcolm T. Gilliland Scholarship<\/strong><\/p><p>To honor Malcolm T. Gilliland, founder of Malcolm T. Gilliland, Inc., a manufacturer of automatic, semi-automatic and robotic welding systems.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aws.org\/foundation\/page\/welder-training-scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Welder Training Scholarship<\/strong><\/a><br \/>For students seeking welder training in a certificate program less than two years in length through a trade school, community college, or other facility providing welder training.
