Event Summary: The AWS Mobile Section November meeting was sponsored by Oxylance Cutting and hosted by George Stone
Technical College, in Pensacola, FL.
Mike Vice, Sales Manager, of Oxylance Cutting gave a great presentation and live demo on the Oxylance burning
bars. The meeting was very interactive. Students got to cut with burning bars and experience first hand how they
work. A special thanks to Oxylance for sponsoring the meeting.
There were 85 in attendance. Of the 85 that attended, 51 of them were students. We love it when our students
show up! Our District 9 Director, Anthony Blakeney, attended and signed up some students for AWS
memberships while at the meeting. Thank you, Anthony!
