Scott brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across welding, industrial automation, and robotics. His background includes executive leadership as President & CEO of the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, where he led sustained revenue growth, tripled financial reserves, and invested over $16 million into advancing welding education. He has also held senior roles with ABB Robotics, OTC Daihen, Motoman, Miller Electric, and CYBO Robots, driving national adoption of automation and robotic welding solutions.
