Come join us in Louisville, KY! Churchill Downs will be hosting our Section’s Event on November 9th at 12:00 PM.
The AWS Louisville Section will be hosting a meeting Sunday November 9th at Churchill Downs. You are invited to join us for a day of racing at the world’s most historic track.
The price per person is $50 and includes each guest’s admission to the Starting Gate Suites, some of the best views in racing with attached private balcony overlooking the beginning of the legendary stretch, racing programs, a catered meal in the dining room, and more. Friends and spouses are welcome to attend.
VIP tables are available which includes seating for 8, a table sponsorship, and 1 lucky person to join the horses & jockeys in the winner’s circle for the AWS Louisville section sponsored race. The price for the VIP table is $600.
The VIP tables and seating are limited. The dress is business casual.
