Starting next week, the Long Beach/Orange County and Los Angeles/Inland Empire Sections have coordinated tours of welder training facilities at Local 105 (SMART), Local 636 (IUPAT/Glaziers), Local 250 (Pipefitters), and Local 433 (Ironworkers).Then on July 25th, Women Who Weld, a non-profit organization, is hosting an intro to GMAW workshop at Lincoln’s facility in Santa Fe Springs. Finally, save the date for our next Section Technical Meeting/Student Night in conjunction with the Long Beach/Orange County Section at UTI in Long Beach on Sept 17th.
