Event Summary: We hosted a Miller Electric laser welder demo trailer at an Airgas location in Des Moines. Butch, the laser welder SME for Miller, covered all the basics of operating a handheld laser welder. Attendees, in small groups, were then then allowed to weld with the unit in a, laser rated, enclosed trailer. Q & A of the process took place during the live demonstrations.
