Annual Welding Showcase and Competition<\/strong>
Saturday, January 18th, 2020<\/h2>

Greetings AWS Section Members,<\/p>

View \/Download the Event Flyer for Additional Details<\/strong><\/a><\/p>

Calhoun will be hosting the annual AWS welding showcase and competition on their Decatur campus for AWS members, students, friends, and family.<\/p>

The event will include welding competitions for all skill levels, as well as showcasing of Polaris Industries and their different models of on-road and off-road vehicles, and construction demonstrations held by Turner Construction. Also in attendance will be members from the American Society of Quality Chapter 1503, American Society of Nondestructive Testing, and AWS careers in welding. Lunch will be provided and all are encouraged to attend.<\/p>

Saturday, January 18, 2020
Registration begins at 8:30am with the competition beginning at 10:00am and ending around 2:00pm<\/p>
