Joel Armstrong is a degreed welding engineer from LeTourneau University. He has 14 years of experience in fabrication as a Welding Engineer and Fabrication Manager. He currently leads the Engineering group for Red Ball Oxygen and has worked there the last six years. He\u2019s been a CWI since 1998 and has been a SCWI since 2015.<\/p>
