Greetings to all American Welding Society Central <\/strong>Louisiana Section Members & Friends.<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

Well another year has come and gone and what a year it has been, COVID-19 has disrupted everyone\u2019s life for the past 15 months. But there is a bright side to all of this, due to the vaccines life is starting to get back to some sense of normalcy. It\u2019s been very challenging for all of the Executive Committee trying conduct meeting during this time. We have had several Zoom meetings in the last 6 months, however it\u2019s just not the same as being in person, our hope is to have regular section meeting in person by September.<\/p>

I write you today to announce the new AWS Central Louisiana Section Executive Board members. The new Executive Board was elected unopposed, they are as follows;<\/p>

Section Chairman \u2013 Michael Stuchlik<\/p>

1st Vice Chairman \u2013 Sean Jones<\/p>

2nd<\/sup>\u00a0Vice Chair \u2013 Open<\/p>

Secretary \u2013 David Moore<\/p>

Treasurer \u2013 Brandon Dubroc<\/p>

Past Chairman \u2013 Tom Malo<\/p>

Librarian \u2013 Don Sanders<\/p>

Member at Large \u2013 Shawn Dabbs<\/p>

The new Executive Board\u2019s term begins June 1, 2021 and will lead the section into the 2021-2022 year.<\/p>

I wish to congratulate the new Executive Board Members and wish them well in all of the sections endeavors.\u00a0<\/p>

I personally would like to thank everyone for the help and support of the AWS Central Louisiana Section during my time as Section Chairman it\u2019s been challenging and very satisfying.<\/p>

Our next meeting will be in June so look for the notice in your e-mail.<\/p>
