The new executive Board has been planning the section business all summer and is anxious to begin our monthly meetings. Just to fill you in a few of the upcoming meetings and events:<\/p><ul><li>September 19, 2019 @ CLTCC &#8211; Rod Brady Campus Jena, LA (Membership meeting)<\/li><li>October 17, 2019 @ Delta Community Collage Winnsboro, LA (Membership meeting)<\/li><li>December 5, 2019 @ the new CLTCC Alexandria Riverside Campus 4th Annual High School Welding Competition<\/li><\/ul><p>Additionally, you have only 10 days left to purchase raffle tickets for your choice of a LSU Tigers or New Orleans Saints Fire pits.<\/p><p>The proceeds of this raffle will be added to our scholarship Funds, in 2019 the AWS Central Louisiana Section was able to award 1 &#8211; $1000.00 Scholarship to Briley Townsend from Jena.
