April Membership Meeting

Greetings; to all American Welding Society Central Louisiana Section Members & Friends.

We hope everyone is doing well; the last year has been very challenging for all of us. It looks like the COVID-19 vaccinations are going well and hopefully at some time this year we will be able to resume holding our meetings in person.

In case everyone is unaware the Central Louisiana Section 509 has had multiple meetings virtually, however attendance has been very low. We will once again hold our April membership meeting virtually.

The Section Board members have set April 29, 2021 as our next membership meeting, this meeting will be a virtual meeting via Zoom, please join the meeting by clicking on the attached link.

During this meeting we would like the membership to discuss the following topics

• What can the Board do to improve meeting attendance?
• What meeting topics would interest you for future section meetings?
• Section Board elections will be coming up in May, we ask you to consider being a Central Louisiana Section Board member or chair on one of the committees.
