Event Summary: The Steel Fabricators of New England facilitated a welding competition for New Hampshire high schools for a total of 30 students competing for cash prizes, welding machines and welding related tools and accessories for the top three winning welders. Cash prizes were awarded to 1st place winner Berlin high school won $5,539.00. 2nd place Alvirne high school won $3,323.40. 3rd place John Stark high school won $2,215.60 3rd. The remaining schools were granted $1,846.00 each. The AWS Boston Section was proud to be a sponsor and promoted to students the value of AWS student memberships and the benefits of being an AWS member.
